Primary Inclusion Support and Wellbeing Co-ordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Primary Inclusion Support and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator to join a vibrant Catholic secondary college in Katherine, Northern Territory. This six‑month full‑time position begins in Term 3 2026 and may be extended through 2027, offering the chance to contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inclusive support to primary‑age students, promoting academic, social and personal wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement wellbeing initiatives aligned with the college’s values of Respect, Resilience and Healthy Relationships.
• Monitor student progress, identify needs, and coordinate appropriate interventions or referrals.
• Facilitate workshops and activities that foster inclusive practices and healthy relationships.
• Potentially transition into a teaching role following the wellbeing assignment.
