Operational Technology Trainer – ANZ Mining Solutions

About the role

Hexagon is seeking an Operational Technology Trainer to join its ANZ team. The role involves delivering high‑quality training programs that enable customers and internal stakeholders to adopt and optimise Hexagon’s mining solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs (classroom, onsite, and virtual) aligned with operational and technical requirements.
• Support system go‑live activities by providing hands‑on user training and operational guidance.
• Provide post‑training support and clarification to ensure sustainable system adoption.
• Follow an 8/6 roster across client sites, local and interstate offices as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in field environments, preferably within mining systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate and lead training sessions for individuals or groups.
• Class C driver’s licence.
• Capability to explain safety integration in practical mining scenarios.

Required skills

• Operational Technology (OT) knowledge.
• Familiarity with mining systems and workflows.
