About the role
Support a senior Corporate M&A partner who also serves as a board member, playing a vital role in high‑level corporate transactions and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents and reports related to corporate transactions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support M&A activities.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings for the senior partner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a legal environment supporting senior lawyers.
- Strong capability in document management and legal research.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
