About the role

Join Alignerr as a Cybersecurity Defense Expert to help shape AI‑generated security guidance. You will evaluate, stress‑test, and improve AI‑produced content such as threat analyses, incident response plans, and defensive architecture recommendations for organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated cybersecurity content for technical accuracy and real‑world applicability.
• Identify dangerous errors, outdated practices, misconfigurations, and misleading advice.
• Assess the practicality of AI‑generated incident response plans, detection rules, and hardening guides.
• Design realistic cybersecurity scenarios and prompts to uncover AI blind spots.
• Provide structured feedback on the completeness, safety, and correctness of AI outputs.
• Evaluate code snippets, scripts, and tool configurations related to defensive security.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, delivering 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in one or more cybersecurity defence domains (network security, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security, IAM).
• Strong understanding of attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and kill‑chain methodology.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical recommendations and spot errors that could cause real harm.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear, concise feedback.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable when working without supervision.
