About the role
KPMG is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and manage audit engagements for high‑profile clients. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality financial statement audits, advisory projects, and building strong client relationships while contributing to the firm’s leadership development program.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for prestigious clients, overseeing all aspects of delivery and client service.
- Execute advisory‑related engagements, providing insights and recommendations.
- Provide inspirational leadership to develop and mentor audit talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with audit clients, ensuring quality assurance and accurate reporting.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the firm’s future leadership pipeline.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
- Significant external audit experience.
- Proven track record of high performance and success.
- Strong IFRS knowledge.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
