Analyst/Associate – Asset Management (Real Estate)

About the role

Support asset management activities for Invesco Real Estate Korea, driving strong investment performance and timely delivery of development projects within budget and specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance assets, promote sustainability, and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage asset performance initiatives including leasing, valuation, and development.
• Assist in partner and advisor relationship management.
• Support debt financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.
• Update investment models and cash‑flow forecasts on a quarterly basis.
• Conduct financial analyses and performance reporting.
• Assist with internal valuations and review external reports.
• Support acquisition due diligence and asset‑level transactions.
• Coordinate development and asset‑enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Korea’s real‑estate industry.
• Exposure to development and asset‑enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with asset management of income‑producing and development assets.
• Basic financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities in Korean and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
