Warehouse Pick & Pack Associate

About the role

As the Warehouse Pick Packer & Inventory Assistant, you will ensure every PERGOLUX order is prepared accurately and dispatched on time, supporting the full spectrum of warehouse operations. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑growing team that values innovation and high‑quality outdoor‑living products.

Key responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to order sheets and prepare them for dispatch.
• Pack items securely, ensuring all components and accessories are included.
• Receive incoming stock, verify delivery accuracy and restock shelves.
• Update inventory systems, conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory‑related roles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physical ability to handle boxes and materials safely.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems.
