Transport Coordinator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage freight operations for a leading food manufacturing business. The role ensures smooth inbound and outbound logistics across warehouse and third‑party logistics (3PL) sites, supporting the broader supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport activities across multiple warehouse and 3PL locations.
• Organise inbound and outbound freight, including scheduling delivery timeslots.
• Maintain seamless logistics operations and act as the primary contact for logistics, inventory, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Solid administrative experience in transport and logistics.
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Full working rights in Australia.
