About the role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist you will partner with Business & Private Bank teams to deliver customer‑focused transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and Diversified & Specialist Industries clients. You will design and implement tailored payments, cash management and professional services solutions, acting as a trusted subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship teams to design and deliver customized transaction banking solutions across payments, cash management and professional services.
• Lead client engagements, prepare and present pitch materials, and support customer migrations to digital channels.
• Educate customers on cyber security and digital self‑service tools.
• Share market and industry insights, especially around digital trends and cyber awareness, to upskill relationship teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accelerate sales outcomes.
