Technology Graduate Program – 18‑month Rotations

About the role

ANZ’s Technology Graduate Program is an 18‑month, fast‑track development journey for recent graduates. Based in Melbourne, participants rotate through three technology areas, gaining hands‑on experience across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud migration, engineering, and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six‑month rotations in different technology teams, contributing to real projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, analysts and security specialists to deliver solutions.
• Participate in learning workshops, networking events and mentorship sessions.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to support ANZ’s digital transformation.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology areas such as cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics or AI.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Familiarity with data analysis or cloud technologies is a plus.
