Technology Architect – IAM ForgeRock L2 Support

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Architect to provide Level 2 support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms in Melbourne. The role focuses on troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading ForgeRock and Ping AM solutions while ensuring high‑availability of authentication services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 support for ForgeRock and Ping AM platforms, handling complex authentication, authorization, and identity‑lifecycle incidents.
• Monitor production environments using Splunk and New Relic, triage alerts, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and configure ForgeRock Directory Services (DS) environments.
• Develop and apply patches, upgrades, and scripts to resolve issues and improve system stability.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate IAM tools into CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior technical experience in IAM support and operations.
• Hands‑on expertise with ForgeRock and Ping AM products.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
• Strong scripting abilities and familiarity with DevOps tooling.
