About the role

Grill'd is looking for energetic, people-loving Team Members for its Marriott Waters Drive-Thru restaurant in Cranbourne, Victoria. The role suits someone who enjoys flipping patties, chatting with guests and preparing food, and is open to people with no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food such as burgers and chips, including seasoning chips
• Chat with guests and serve them
• Work as part of a team in a busy drive-thru environment

Required profile

• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day
• Team player who works well with others
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts
• Right to work in Australia and aged 16 or older
