Join AmazingCo’s dynamic event hosting team in Sydney and turn your natural energy into a rewarding side‑hustle. As a Team Building Host / Facilitator you will create memorable experiences for corporate groups, hen parties and other social events.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to various venues across Sydney to set up and facilitate team‑building and social activities.
• Introduce events, explain rules, manage timing and run mini‑challenges or award presentations.
• Engage participants, keep the atmosphere lively and ensure smooth event flow.
• Adapt quickly to on‑the‑day logistics and solve minor issues.
• Manage your own schedule by selecting event bookings that fit your availability.

Required profile

• High energy, confident and comfortable speaking to groups.
• Personality‑driven – no prior experience required, just enthusiasm.
• Flexible availability, especially during peak corporate seasons.
• Reliable car and a current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for transporting compact event kits.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and people‑orientation skills.
