Team Assistant (Temporary HR Support)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support a high‑performing HR team during a busy six‑week period at a well‑established sustainability business in Sydney’s CBD. This temporary, fully‑onsite role offers exposure to a dynamic corporate HR function and the chance to work across a variety of coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
• Schedule and manage meetings, interviews, calendars and onboarding activities.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, presentations and team correspondence.
• Maintain inboxes, accurate records and assist with employee documentation.
• Support broader HR operations with ad‑hoc administrative tasks throughout the contract.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork and contributing to a positive culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
