Tax Compliance Manager – Hybrid Role

About the role

This hands‑on, technical position offers exposure to a diverse client base and a broad range of tax matters, including domestic and cross‑border advisory and compliance. You will work closely with Partners and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a supportive, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Support Managers and Partners in ensuring compliance with tax legislation and accounting principles.
• Assist with complex technical issues and Australian Tax Office (ATO) matters.
• Review client financial statements and tax returns.
• Collaborate with clients to simplify intimidating tax issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across the team.

Required profile

• Seasoned tax professional with experience in a public practice environment.
• Quality‑driven, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a mature, collaborative team.
• Passionate about supporting business owners and contributing to team success.
