About the role
The Strategic Partnership Manager – Retail Broker supports the National Partnership Manager in overseeing key relationships with major aggregators and their accredited brokers. The role drives national partnership sponsorship programmes, aligns them with state activities, and enhances ANZ’s position with aggregators through cross‑divisional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ANZ representation at industry forums and aggregator events, promoting the brand and building high‑value partnerships.
- Drive cross‑functional problem solving between aggregators and internal ANZ teams, acting as senior point of contact for complex issues.
- Own end‑to‑end management of the national sponsorship programme, ensuring alignment with state‑based activities and business strategy.
- Oversee data management and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, delivering accurate and actionable insights.
- Facilitate collaboration across divisions on aggregator change initiatives, risk management and strategic projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in partnership or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and performance measurement.
