Step-up Learning Coordinator – Operations L&D

About the role

We are looking for a Step‑up Learning Coordinator to join Amazon’s Australia Learning team at the Ravenhall Fulfilment Centre. In this role you will partner with workplace process trainers (Ambassadors) to deliver high‑quality training for new and existing associates across warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess training programmes for both new hires and experienced associates.
• Create, enter and update training rosters and perform related data‑entry tasks.
• Lead and support Ambassadors in delivering training and coaching on the shop floor.
• Assist in evaluating and monitoring training effectiveness throughout the fulfilment centre.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on warehouse processes such as order picking and packing.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain compliance with audits, refresher and one‑point‑change training.
• Prepare training areas and ensure readiness of learning locations.
• Spend at least five hours per week rotating through process paths to stay proficient and identify associate barriers.
• Coach associates to help them succeed in their roles.

Required profile

• Dynamic, organised self‑starter with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays, up to 38 hours per week plus overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 22.2 kg, stand or walk for up to 12 hours and perform frequent squatting, bending and reaching.
• Willingness to learn new processes quickly and act as a subject‑matter expert.
