Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who will shape creative direction, content strategy and day‑to‑day execution for multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation to drive engagement, trust and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activity for several client accounts.
• Develop and lead content strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Create and maintain content calendars for all key platforms.
• Write captions, hooks and short‑form video concepts.
• Brief designers, editors, photographers and other creators.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging formats.
• Oversee community engagement, including comments and direct messages.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead campaign launches, partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Support and direct content shoots as needed.
• Collaborate closely with founders and clients to bring ideas to life quickly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven track record managing social media for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of what makes content perform organically.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
