Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own content planning, creation and execution across social and digital platforms. Working closely with the Social Lead, you will blend creativity with execution, managing calendars, repurposing assets and ensuring each piece is engaging and fit‑for‑channel.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, produce, shoot and edit lo‑fi content for all social channels.
• Write hooks, scripts and captions that stop scrolling and drive engagement.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars, including flighting plans, scheduling and publishing.
• Execute organic social posts end‑to‑end, from idea to final edit.
• Edit content using Photoshop, CapCut and Premiere Pro.
• Write platform‑native, on‑brand copy that performs.
• Compile and interpret organic social reports, turning data into actionable insights.
• Update paid social assets with Figma and Premiere Pro.
• Monitor performance, iterate quickly and double down on successful creative.
• Repurpose campaign material for organic and paid formats.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the go‑to for social channels.
• Collaborate with creative, production, influencer and PR teams to align content with broader brand objectives.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and turn cultural moments into brand content.
• Support the Social Lead by handling briefs, editing, reporting, copywriting and dispatching across multiple workstreams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social content creation at agencies or brands.
• Confident shooting and editing for social media.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling social copy.

• CapCut for video editing.
• Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Photoshop for image editing and asset creation.
• Figma for adapting and updating paid social assets.
