Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

Lendlease is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on multiple projects in Perth. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety compliance.
• Develop short‑ and medium‑term construction programs with engineers and monitor site progress.
• Ensure work meets design, quality, and contract specifications; manage defect close‑outs.
• Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices, support performance reviews, and control labour costs.
• Build strong relationships with unions, consultants, and authorities, promoting clear communication across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising construction activities.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.
• Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.
• Leadership and communication skills for managing site teams and stakeholders.
