SEO Manager – Mid-Level, Client-Facing

About the role

This is a client‑facing, mid‑level SEO role with real ownership. You’ll build and execute tailored strategies across a diverse B2B and B2C portfolio, covering on‑page, off‑page, technical, and content‑led SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customised SEO strategies for clients in tourism, e‑commerce, health training, radiology and more.
• Present performance insights directly to clients, translating complex data into business‑focused language.
• Link SEO activities to revenue outcomes, focusing on ROI and conversion metrics.
• Enhance sites through structured data, schema markup and click‑through optimisation.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers to ensure SEO is integrated across all projects.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, comfortable with strategy, communication and technical execution.
• Enjoys client interaction and can explain SEO impact in business terms.
• Proactive thinker who challenges assumptions and prioritises outcomes over output.
• Experience working with multiple CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress or BigCommerce.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 and Screaming Frog.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience implementing structured data and schema markup.
• Hands‑on with Shopify, WordPress and BigCommerce environments.
