SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients. In this senior, hands‑on role you will guide technical optimisation, content direction and performance delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead technical SEO, content strategy and off‑page activities across multiple accounts.
• Analyse data and insights to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Oversee site architecture, indexing, crawlability and performance improvements.
• Stay ahead of developments in technical SEO, AI and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Act as senior point of contact for SEO, communicating strategy, progress and results to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Strong technical SEO capability (site structure, speed, indexing, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and execute full‑funnel SEO strategies.
• Confidence working with analytics tools and translating data into insight.
• Experience managing multiple clients, priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Leadership experience mentoring or guiding others.
