Senior Software Engineer – .NET Full‑Stack & Backend (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for senior .NET engineers to join a fast‑growing tech business in Sydney. The positions are 12‑month contracts with the possibility of extension, working on large‑scale, customer‑facing platforms used by millions across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust backend APIs and micro‑services.
• Build full‑stack features with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate on event‑driven, distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Ensure security, performance and scalability through modern design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Participate in test‑driven development and Agile Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong passion for clean code, strong patterns and thorough testing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, outcomes‑focused team.
