Senior Project Manager

About the role

As Senior Project Manager, you will own civil engineering projects from inception to delivery, working across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams across civil, structural and water disciplines.
• Manage project budgets, programmes and client relationships from development approval through construction.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, councils, service authorities and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, council design standards and service authority requirements.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and engineers.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and integrate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, council design standards and service authority approval processes.
• Excellent communication skills including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
