Senior Product Improvement Analyst

About the role

The Senior Product Improvement Analyst will help shape and enhance ANZ's home loan offerings. Working within the Home Loans Product Risk & Governance division, you will ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support product governance by maintaining and improving home loan products, processes, and policies.
• Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across the end‑to‑end value chain.
• Tackle complex problems using critical thinking, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate potential impacts, and adhere to risk management procedures.
• Produce clear reports and controls to ensure effective product delivery.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience or exposure to home lending products and their lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work within established change‑management frameworks and governance structures.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities professionally.
