Senior Modern Workspace Engineer

About the role

Logicalis is looking for a Senior Modern Workspace Engineer to lead the management and optimisation of customer digital workplaces. You will ensure environments are secure, compliant and aligned with industry best practice while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Messaging and Identity technologies.
• Provide expertise across supported on‑premises platforms.
• Drive all assigned incidents, service requests and problem records to resolution.
• Act as a bridge between customers, managed‑services teams and the consulting practice.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders, organise workshops and meetings.
• Identify, resolve and document complex issues, delivering permanent corrective solutions under change‑control.
• Leverage automation where feasible to improve processes.
• Document solutions in Logicalis’ knowledge‑management system.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across the Modern Workspace team.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and other senior engineers to drive positive customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange (online and on‑prem), and Azure identity services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex environments and guide customers.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Mentoring mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
