Senior Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) – Swift & Kotlin

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in native iOS and Android development to build a high‑performance sports and human‑performance platform. You will work on real‑time video capture, Bluetooth‑connected sensors, and high‑frequency data streams that directly impact athletes, clinicians, and everyday users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
• Design and implement smooth, high‑performance video and camera workflows.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) hardware devices and manage sensor data streams.
• Handle real‑time data processing, ensuring low latency and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate on system architecture and future product direction.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin.
• Proven track record with camera APIs, video processing, and BLE integration.
• Expertise in real‑time or high‑frequency data handling.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimisation.
• Ability to troubleshoot latency, frame drops, BLE stability, and memory bottlenecks.
• Commitment to writing clean, scalable, production‑quality code.
