About the role

Capricorn's Australian Skilled Migration is seeking a Senior Migration Agent to provide expert advice and support to individuals and businesses navigating the Australian migration system. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their visa objectives while contributing to the growth of our leading migration services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client migration needs and design tailored strategies for successful visa applications.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies to deliver accurate advice.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with the Department of Home Affairs.
• Assist clients in gathering documentation and preparing supporting evidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships throughout the migration process.
• Monitor industry changes to continuously improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Registered Migration Agent qualification with current registration on OMARA.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a Registered Migration Agent or in a comparable advisory role.
• Comprehensive understanding of Australian visa categories, application processes and immigration legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse clients.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to handle complex migration cases.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service and positive outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
