Senior Lead, Reporting & Governance

About the role

ANZ is seeking a senior leader to drive reporting, governance and business performance analytics across its Transformation Delivery Hub. The role combines strategic workforce planning with operational reporting to ensure the organisation meets its transformation objectives while delivering strong customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse business performance and related metrics to provide visibility of current state and progress against strategic priorities.
• Lead the regular business performance review process, collaborating with Finance, Product and Frontline teams.
• Identify and implement process and reporting enhancements, working with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level internal stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to a strong risk culture and continuous‑learning environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in workforce planning or resource management.
• Proven track record leading teams or workforce‑planning functions in complex, enterprise‑scale organisations (500+ resources).
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an outcome‑focused mindset.
• Experience in consulting, transformation or portfolio management is a plus.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation and ability to influence senior leadership.
