Senior Designer – Creative Agency (Remote, Brisbane/Gold Coast/Northern NSW)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join a dynamic creative agency that delivers branding, digital, website and marketing campaign solutions. The role is primarily remote, but you must reside in the Brisbane, Gold Coast or Northern NSW region to attend client and team meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual identity systems for a variety of clients.
• Design custom websites in Figma with strong UI/UX focus and usability.
• Create campaign assets for paid media, social platforms, EDMs and other digital channels.
• Produce presentations, reports, brochures, templates and brand collateral.
• Collaborate closely with creative leadership, developers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare clean, organised design files for hand‑over to production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of senior‑level design experience within an agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proven portfolio showcasing branding, digital, campaign and print work.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote/hybrid setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital best practices.
• Experience developing brand systems, guidelines and visual identities.
