Senior Consultant – Operations Transformation

About the role

KPMG’s ASPAC regional team is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Operations Transformation across Asia‑Pacific. In this two‑year fixed‑term role you will partner with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working and support the Integrated Value Chain (IVC) transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and program teams to design and execute change strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end change activities including impact assessments, communications, training and business‑readiness planning.
• Support implementation at pre‑go‑live, go‑live and post‑implementation milestones.
• Engage stakeholders, tailor approaches to local market needs and monitor adoption.
• Identify risks, propose practical solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end change management on large or complex transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of operational or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, focused on outcomes.
