Senior Accountant – UHNW Tax Advisory

About the role

This senior accountant position is based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, supporting ultra‑high‑net‑worth families with complex tax advisory and direct client consulting. The role sits within a high‑performing pod that includes a partner, managers and a support team, offering autonomy and a clear progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated tax advisory services for families with assets ranging from $20M to $5B.
• Deliver client‑facing consulting across all levels of the pod.
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in advisory and tax, preferably from a Big 4, mid‑tier, or reputable suburban firm.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork in a high‑performing environment.
