Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Business Services team in Adelaide. You will build on your compliance experience while working with a broad mix of clients, including SMEs, trusts, and family groups, and develop your technical capability in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS/IAS and FBT returns.
• Assist with management reporting, cash‑flow forecasts and tax planning.
• Handle key tax matters such as CGT, FBT, Division 7A, PSI and trust distributions.
• Work across multiple entities, including SMEs, family groups, trusts and specialist industries.
• Support client engagement and develop advisory exposure.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable and friendly team.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years (intermediate) or 4–5+ years (senior) experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Progressing toward CA qualification or already CA‑qualified.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
