SAP Security Lead

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Security Lead to own end‑to‑end security design, governance and access management across its SAP landscape. You will guide security activities throughout implementation, upgrade and support programmes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP security activities for S/4HANA implementation, upgrade and support.
• Design, build and maintain SAP roles, authorizations and profiles across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, BTP and GRC.
• Define and govern security architecture aligned with SAP best practices and audit requirements.
• Drive role redesign, remediation and segregation‑of‑duties (SoD) controls.
• Manage user access provisioning, periodic access reviews and security support for integrated systems.
• Configure SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, pages and OData authorizations.
• Collaborate with functional, Basis, audit, compliance and business teams to resolve access requirements.
• Support SAP GRC Access Control processes such as ARA, ARM, BRM and EAM.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP security programmes in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of SAP security governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering secure SAP transformations.
