SAP Employee Central Lead – Time Off (Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead – Time Off to drive strategic improvements, functional design and innovation for EC and Time Off & Time Tracking modules. The role partners with HR and IT leadership to shape the future of digital HR within a global consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for Time Off and Time Tracking modules within Employee Central.
• Lead workstreams or support design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC, Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
• Gather and analyse client business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.
• Configure time‑tracking settings, time types, work schedules, accrual rules and calculation logic.
• Set up workflows, business rules, permissions and eligibility criteria following best practices.
• Maintain leave balances, perform adjustments and ensure accurate integration with Employee Central, payroll and external systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, especially Time Off and Time Tracking modules.
• Proven ability to lead functional workstreams and deliver end‑to‑end HRIS projects.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Passion for digital HR transformation and continuous improvement.
