Room Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Pullman Bunker Bay, you will be part of the Housekeeping team delivering impeccable cleanliness and comfort to guests staying in our beachfront villas. You will work in a stunning natural setting, contributing to memorable experiences for visitors who enjoy wine, sailing and whale‑watching.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms and wiping surfaces to uphold the resort’s high standards.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys with all necessary supplies.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless stay.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or room‑attendant roles is an advantage.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and colleagues feel at home.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time‑management.
• Physical stamina to move between rooms, use stairs and navigate open pathways.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
