Retail Associate – Luxury Eyewear Store

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our OPSM store at Bay Plaza Yeppoon. You will help customers discover and personalise luxury eyewear from brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA and more, delivering a premium in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Process specialised orders and manage product enquiries.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge on luxury frames and cutting‑edge lenses.
• Contribute to a positive, fun team culture and store environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Passion for helping people see the beauty in life.
