About the role
This fully remote position supports clients seeking transformational well‑being experiences such as retreats, workshops, and personal development programs. You will combine consistent weekly paid hours with commission opportunities while working with a purpose‑driven team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a high volume of leads throughout the client journey.
- Follow up enquiries, set appointments, and support sales processes.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct cold outreach, build relationships, and handle objections professionally.
- Adhere to structured sales processes while remaining adaptable and proactive.
- Collaborate remotely with the wider team to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or appointment setting.
- Proven success selling high‑ticket offers such as retreats, events, coaching, or wellness services.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and professional boundaries.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of conversations and leads consistently.
- Genuine interest in transformational well‑being, personal growth, or spirituality.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management.
- Ability to follow structured sales processes and objection handling techniques.
- Confidence in cold outreach and lead generation.
- Strong organisational and follow‑up capabilities.
