About the role

We are looking for a remote recruiter to join the RecXchange platform and source candidates for live global vacancies. The role is fully remote and allows you to work from anywhere while earning placement fees ranging from $3,000 to $11,000 per successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review active client roles posted on the RecXchange platform.
• Identify, engage and submit qualified candidates into the hiring process.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions and placements.

Required profile

• Experience as a recruiter in an agency, freelance or in‑house environment.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
• Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
