About the role

This is a remote, commission‑only position focused on handling inbound enquiries for Australian dental clinics. You will speak with patients who have already expressed interest, qualify their needs, build rapport and secure a consultation appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and assess their suitability for a dental consultation.
• Build trust and rapport quickly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Schedule appointments and confirm details with both patients and clinic staff.
• Track booked consultations and follow up as needed to maximise attendance.

Required profile

• Clear Australian accent.
• Persuasive communication style without being pushy.
• Ability to close conversations naturally and let results dictate earnings.
• Self‑motivated, high‑performance mindset.
