Registered Nurse / Midwife – Fertility Unit

About the role

The RPA Fertility Unit is seeking a compassionate Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse to provide woman‑centred, evidence‑based care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for women undergoing fertility treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑procedure and recovery nursing care in a fast‑paced fertility setting.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff to ensure safe, high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years post‑graduate experience; fertility or women’s health experience strongly desirable.
• Full Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Day‑procedure and recovery nursing experience.
