Registered Architect – Darwin

About the role

As an emerging registered Architect, you will lead design, documentation, procurement, and delivery in collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, articulate, and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and external consultants through all project phases, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
• Manage or assist in preparing, collating, and submitting fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interest, and complex tenders.
• Work closely with the Managing Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and support growth strategies.
• Occasional travel as required.

Required profile

• Registered Architect in Australia.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience across all project phases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
