Regional HSEQ Manager – Western Australia

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Regional HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environment and quality initiatives across our operations in Western Australia. Based in Perth, you will shape and maintain robust HSEQ systems while supporting a geographically dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HSEQ management systems for the region.
• Lead and mentor a team of HSEQ professionals, fostering a safety‑first culture.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, devise mitigation strategies and oversee incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal HSEQ regulations and industry standards.
• Design and deliver HSEQ training programmes for staff at all levels.
• Analyse HSEQ data, prepare trend reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to embed HSEQ considerations into all business activities.
• Represent the company with regulatory agencies and industry bodies.

Required profile

• Relevant HSEQ qualification and minimum five years of HSEQ experience.
• Certifications such as CSP or equivalent Australian qualifications.
• In‑depth knowledge of Australian HSEQ legislation and ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
