Regional Director - APAC

About the role

Flippa is seeking a Regional Director for the APAC region to lead its AI‑powered marketplace expansion. Based in Melbourne’s Cremorne headquarters, you will head a remote‑first brokerage team, drive revenue growth, and represent the brand across key Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing team of brokers operating primarily remotely.
• Build and nurture relationships with founders, investors and strategic partners across APAC.
• Travel to major APAC markets (minimum 15% of time) to secure deals and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to leverage intelligent matching, predictive valuations and workflow automation in sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior sales or brokerage leadership within high‑growth startups or scale‑ups.
• Strong commercial instincts with a history of rapid execution and revenue delivery.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills across multicultural environments.
• Experience managing remote teams and driving performance through data‑driven insights.
