Recruitment Consultant – Trade & Industrial (Western Sydney)

About the role

Rarekind is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to expand its Trade & Industrial practice in Western Sydney. You will join the Penrith branch and help drive market growth while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and convert new and existing client relationships across the Western Sydney region.
• Attend community networking events to become the go‑to recruiter for Trade & Industrial roles.
• Manage a warm desk of temporary and permanent Trade & Industrial positions.
• Collaborate with an experienced executive team and in‑house operations specialists to support branding, technology and compliance.
• Contribute to team‑based bonuses by sharing leads and cross‑pollinating clients and candidates.
