Recruiter – Operations & Construction

About the role

IREN, a leading AI cloud service provider, is seeking an agile Recruiter to drive fast‑moving Operations hiring across its data‑center and construction sites. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and securing top talent in a highly competitive market, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for construction, data‑center and operations roles.
• Align workforce plans with build schedules and site mobilization timelines.
• Manage multi‑stage recruitment workflows, documentation, governance and approvals.
• Navigate talent relocation and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in construction or data‑center environments.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and build repeatable recruitment processes.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple vacancies based on business impact.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards.
