Recruiter, Cloud Go-To-Market

About the role

Google is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support its Cloud Go‑To‑Market teams across APAC. You will partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to attract top talent, guide candidates through the hiring journey, and ensure a seamless, data‑driven recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess, and engage candidates for Cloud Go‑To‑Market positions using Google’s recruiting tools and processes.
• Advocate for candidates, delivering an excellent experience from interview to offer.
• Manage recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals and improve the experience for applicants, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Collaborate with business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to design and implement recruitment solutions.
• Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and flag challenges to appropriate partners (Hiring Managers, People Partners, Compensation, etc.).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, business development, operations, or account management.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience within an agency or in‑house team.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to build relationships across functions.
• Experience managing business and cross‑functional stakeholders and flagging hiring challenges.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and impact as an individual contributor.
