Quality Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management Plan for the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Plant. Based in Port Lincoln, you will ensure that quality systems and traceability are maintained from production through to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality plans and systems, ensuring traceability using RIBCX.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and generate reports.
• Secure all project documentation, both soft and hard copies.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers and supervisors to ensure consistent processes.
• Provide formal responses to Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage defective items.
• Oversee the as‑built process and keep construction records up to date.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in quality management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role on complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems; experience with RIBCX is desirable.
• Ability to develop and maintain document management systems.
