Project Manager – Melbourne

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale transformation programmes for clients in Melbourne. You will act as the primary liaison between the client’s product owners and internal delivery teams, ensuring that functional requirements are captured, analysed and turned into successful technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify functional requirements from client Product Owners and SMEs.
• Conduct workflow and business‑process analysis to define current and future states.
• Drive value‑focused delivery, motivating teams to meet commitments.
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams (scrum‑of‑scrums) to resolve dependencies and build an implementation roadmap.
• Participate in design sprints, validate functional designs and prioritise backlogs.
• Ensure best design practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through execution to closure.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and apply Agile, Scrum or other delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of project or programme management experience, including leadership of large transformation programmes.
• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑team environments and deliver results on time.
