Project Finance Controller – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers a career‑defining opportunity to lead a finance ERP transformation for a fast‑evolving FMCG business. You will be the bridge between technical teams and finance stakeholders, ensuring the successful migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the redesign of transfer pricing and shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream for the SAP‑to‑Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration.
• Partner with external consultants and global finance stakeholders throughout design, testing and deployment.
• Review and redesign finance processes to support the future‑state operating model.
• Support transfer‑pricing restructuring and legal‑entity restructuring initiatives.
• Assist with shared‑services transition and hyper‑care post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Ensure finance controls, reporting requirements and governance frameworks are embedded in new processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between finance users and technical implementation teams.

Required profile

• Finance transformation professional with experience in ERP implementations within complex, process‑driven organisations.
• Background in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or similar sectors where shared services and multinational reporting are common.
• Strong controllership fundamentals with exposure to tax, treasury and operational finance.
• Proven ability to work with global stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Excellent communicator who can translate business requirements into practical solutions.
